Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • Lithuania

  • Finland

  • Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

  • Other EU countries

  • United States (via DHL Express)

Shipping Methods and Rates

Orders are delivered using the following methods:

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland: via Itella Smartpost and DPD Parcel Lockers

  • Benelux and international destinations: via DHL Express with On Demand Delivery service

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Itella Smartpost / DPD

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days

  • Latvia & Lithuania: 3–5 business days

  • Finland: 3–7 business days

DHL Express

  • Benelux: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day and typically arrive the next working day.

  • All other destinations: 2–4 business days, excluding customs clearance time.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs procedures or local courier delays.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
