At MANIF.ERA, each frequency card deck is carefully crafted and checked before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.

To request a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@manifera.shop with:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the damage or defect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Opened or used card decks
• Products returned without prior approval

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was sent in error or arrived damaged.
